Outlet City is a single-player business simulation game intended for players aged 13 and over: you run a market and grow it into a shopping city. This policy explains what information the game uses, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the Outlet City app on Google Play.

In short: the game has no accounts, no chat and no analytics. We do not ask for your email, phone number, contacts, photos or location, and we do not run a server that stores information about you.

1. Game progress and names you enter

Your progress (money, level, businesses, upgrades, settings) and the names you choose in the game (your name, your market's name and your company's name) are saved only on your device. They are not sent to us. You can change the names in the game settings. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes everything.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free app shows optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob: you choose to watch one for an in-game bonus, such as an instant delivery or a temporary cashier. There are no banner ads. The app does not ask for your age.

To deliver ads, Google may process device information such as the advertising ID, IP address and device type, under the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Android settings.

3. In-app purchases

Optional purchases (such as removing ads or in-game money packs) are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment card or billing details; we only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed, which the game stores on your device to unlock the item.

4. Permissions

The app uses the internet connection (to load ads and process purchases) and vibration (for haptic feedback, which turns off together with the game sound). It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos or location.

5. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the app, please contact us.

6. Deleting information

All game data is stored on your device and is deleted by uninstalling the app or clearing its data. We do not hold an account or a copy of your data. For information processed by Google for ads and purchases, see your Google account settings and the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the Turkish KVKK or COPPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete information about you, or to object to its use. To use these rights, contact us at serhatsy73@gmail.com.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.

1. Oyun ilerlemen ve girdiğin adlar

İlerlemen (para, seviye, işletmeler, geliştirmeler, ayarlar) ve oyunda seçtiğin adlar (adın, marketinin adı ve şirketinin adı) yalnızca cihazında saklanır, bize gönderilmez. Adları oyun ayarlarından değiştirebilirsin. Uygulamayı kaldırmak veya verilerini temizlemek hepsini siler.

2. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)

Ücretsiz uygulama Google AdMob ile yalnızca isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklam gösterir: anında teslimat ya da geçici bir kasiyer gibi bir oyun ödülü için izlemeyi sen seçersin. Banner reklam yoktur. Uygulama yaşını sormaz.

Reklamları sunmak için Google; reklam kimliği, IP adresi ve cihaz türü gibi cihaz bilgilerini Google Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında işleyebilir. Reklam kimliğini Android ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsin.

3. Uygulama içi satın almalar

İsteğe bağlı satın almalar (reklamları kaldırma veya oyun parası paketleri gibi) tamamen Google Play tarafından yürütülür. Kart veya fatura bilgilerini hiçbir zaman görmeyiz; yalnızca satın almanın tamamlandığı bilgisini alırız ve oyun bunu ürünü açmak için cihazında saklar.

4. İzinler

Uygulama internet bağlantısını (reklamları yüklemek ve satın almaları işlemek için) ve titreşimi (dokunsal geri bildirim; oyun sesiyle birlikte kapanır) kullanır. Kamera, mikrofon, rehber, fotoğraf veya konum erişimi istemez.

5. Çocuklar

Oyun 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaş altındaki (veya ülkendeki karşılık gelen yaşın altındaki) çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Ebeveyn veya vasiysen ve çocuğunun uygulamayı kullandığını düşünüyorsan bize yaz.

6. Bilgilerin silinmesi

Tüm oyun verileri cihazında saklanır ve uygulamayı kaldırarak veya verilerini temizleyerek silinir. Bizde bir hesap ya da verilerinin bir kopyası yoktur. Reklamlar ve satın almalar için Google'ın işlediği bilgiler için Google hesap ayarlarına ve Google Gizlilik Politikası'na bak.

7. Hakların

Yaşadığın yere göre (ör. KVKK, GDPR, Birleşik Krallık GDPR veya COPPA kapsamında) hakkındaki bilgilere erişme, düzeltme, silme veya kullanımına itiraz etme hakların olabilir. Bu hakları kullanmak için serhatsy73@gmail.com adresine yaz.
